Classroom Based Assessments

Teacher Librarians are willing and able to assist students and teachers with the Washington State Social Studies Classroom Based Assessments ( CBAs). A statewide task force is providing common resources and strategies for student achievement. We provide presentations, ideas, pathfinders of common topics, and advice for teachers and schools. Thank you for using our materials and thank a Teacher Librarian if you are using these resources.

Pathfinders to make:

As part of the suggested OSPI list of pathfinders for Civics , these are topics that may need a pathfinder.

Contact Nadean Meyer , project manager for questions or to reserve a topic for you to make as pathfinder

Suggested Topics from OSPI packets- Civics, the Word WLMA means that we think this would be a topic that should be made. We want good topics for content that the teachers wish to use and good topics for resources that highlight quality reouces to inspire students' critical thinking and their satisfactory achievement on the CBAs.
