Emailed ballots are preferred and must include all titles in alphabetical order (even if no student voted for a title) and the name of their school and the city or town of their school or library.
WCCPBA posters are available for sale ($5.00 each) at the conference (not before) and afterwards through the mail.

to order posters after the conference. The cost of the poster is $9.00 which
includes one poster, a mailing tube, and postage. Each additional poster
will be $5.00 if you include it in the same order.
How to nominate titles for the 2011 list:
Select books from titles published in 2008 or 2009.
Books may only be nominated by WLMA members who work at the elementary level.
The WLMA member must have personally read the book.
Nominate books in picture-book format and those that you consider to be good read-alouds for a K-3 audience. These may be either nonfiction or fiction.
Titles on the final 20-book nomination list cannot be nominated the next year.
Books are to be in print and distributed in the United States.
The ballot will contain not more than 20 titles.
Submit 2010 ballot nominations by January 31, 2010, to Kim Guyette: (Kim.Guyette@rsd.edu).
