WLA provides conferences and connections with our colleagues in youth work in public libraries through their interest group CAYAS ( Children and Youth Adult Services ). Many of the other interest groups have valuable information as well. Reciprocal membership can be added to you annual WLMA membership which allows one free interest group.

Their journal Alki is available online for current and past issues.

WLA hosts a Library Legislative day every year in February or March.
